Product characteristic

Blanched quick-frozen sliced cauliflower.

APPEARANCE
Separate cauliflower inflorescences of white or light cream color with peduncles up to 5 cm, resilient, dense. The number of inflorescences of the claimed size and shape in the total mass – not less than 80%. Allowed not more than 10% of cabbage of cream, pink or purple shade.
Taste and smell inherent to cauliflower, without extraneous odors and flavors. Possible the presence of slightly salty or sour taste due to the addition of the citric acid and salt during blanching.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF STORAGE
