Most of pieces have regular geometric shape and declared size with an insignificant deviation in size (shape). Extraneous matters are not allowed. The taste is bitter-sweet, hot, typical for given variety of onion. Extraneous tastes and odors are not allowed. The consistency is dense, pieces preserve the shape.
