APPEARANCE
Slices of pepper of regular shape and declared size. Not more than 25% of pieces with size and shape deviations and not more than 10% of small fractions. Color – red, yellow, green, depending on the variety of pepper. The package should not contain more than 10% of impurities of pepper of other colors. For a mixture of peppers – different colors in approximately equal parts. Odor inherent to varieties of sweet peppers, a pronounced sweet taste with a pleasant bitterness, extraneous off-flavors are not allowed.
