Quick-frozen black currant.

APPEARANCE
Whole currant berries of one variety, almost uniform in size and ripeness. Not damaged by pests and diseases, not overripe, with little or no mechanical damage. The color of the berries – dark, purplish, typical for black currant (in a frozen state – lighter). No more than 10% of berries of light (pale and / or green) color. The taste is sweet or sour-sweet, typical for black currant berries. Extraneous tastes and odors are not allowed. Consistency – somewhat softened, close to the consistency of fresh currants.
