PROCESSING SERVICES OF PEPPER
RAW MATERIALS DELIVERY:
In refrigerators at a temperature of +5 — +7°С. Raw material from the client is accepted in a packaging (boxes or string bags), which protects it from damage and contamination.
REQUIREMENTS TO THE RAW MATERIALS ACCEPTED:
— Clean vegetables without damage and illnesses, whole, dry, typical for given botanical variety.
— Color – red, white, yellow, green mono or -mix (for mono – not less than 90% of one color).
— Form – homogeneous in the batch, elongated or cuboid.
— Size – homogeneous, not less than 10 cm with a wall thickness of not less than 0.5 cm.
—Not more than 10% of withered vegetables with fresh scratches or damage caused by transportation in the batch is accepted.
NOT ACCEPTED INTO PROCESING:
—Vegetables with traces of old damage that occurred as a result of improper transportation or storage, rotten and / or fusty vegetables, small and thin-walled vegetables.
— Extraneous vegetable impurities in batch.
