PROCESSING SERVICES OF PUMPKIN
We accept pumpkin for processing.
RAW MATERIAL DELIVERY:
Via refrigerated transportation at temperature of +5 — +7°С, in a packaging (boxes or string bags), which protects it from damage and contamination.
REQUIREMENTS TO THE RAW MATERIALS ACCEPTED:
— Recommended for processing varieties presume smooth surface, preferably pear-shaped, with sugar content of not less than 12% BRIX with bright orange flesh. Accepted whole, fresh, clean, healthy pumpkins with a typical for the variety shape and color, without mechanical damage. The flesh – juicy, firm, without voids, seed chamber with underdeveloped seeds.
— The size of pumpkin in the transverse diameter: for varieties of an elongated shape – not less than 12 cm, for the varieties of flat and round shape – at least 15 cm.
NOT ACCEPTED INTO PROCESING:
— Squashed, cracked pumpkins.
— Rotten raw material.
— The presence of pests and damaged by them raw material.
— Extraneous matter (parts of plants, soil, mud) in the batch.
