PROCESSING SERVICES OF CHERRIES
Cherries accepted for processing are of griot type (dark-fleshed) or amorel (with light flesh).
RAW MATERIALS DELIVERY:
Preferable transportation via refrigerated transportat temperature of +8 – 10°С in 8 kg boxes.
REQUIREMENTS TO THE RAW MATERIALS ACCEPTED:
— Ripe (but not overripe), clean, dry berries, without damage, extraneous odor and taste.
— Size of berries – not less than 18 mm.
— Impurities of other pomological varieties – not more than 10%. The admixture of slightly overripe berries — not more than 2%.
NOT ACCEPTED INTO PROCESING:
— Batches with the presence of berries damaged by pests and birds.
