PROCESSING SERVICES OF APPLES
We accept fresh apples for processing.
RAW MATERIAL DELIVERY:
Via refrigerated transportation at temperature of +5 — +7°С, in a packaging, which protects it from damage and contamination.
REQUIREMENTS TO THE RAW MATERIAL ACCEPTED:
— Accepted healthy, clean, fresh, dry, typical for the declared botanical variety fruit, uniform in size, color and shape. Recommended for processing white and green varieties of apples.
— The size of the fruit – not less than 6 cm in diameter. Allowed not more than 10% of smaller apples in the total batch.
— Fruit with scab and hail damage: not more than 0,3 cm2 and 3 cm2 for apples of the 1st sort and not more than ¼ of surface for apples of the 2nd sort.
NOT ACCEPTED INTO PROCESING:
— Fruits with subcutaneous spotting, overripe, soft, rotten and frostbitten, with mechanical damage.
— Batch with the impurities of extraneous plants.
