PROCESSING SERVICES OF STRAWBERRIES
We accept fresh srtawberry berries for processing.
RAW MATERIALS DELIVERY:
Delivery of raw material for processing if stored at a temperature of +6 + 8°C not more than 12 hours after harvesting. In case of wet berries harvesting the delivery period should not exceed 6-8 hours. Delivery via refrigerated transport in berry boxes weighing no more than 8 kg.
REQUIREMENTS TO THE RAW MATERIALS ACCEPTED:
— Accepted whole, fresh, clean, ripe (but not overripe), unwashed berries of one pomological variety without peduncles, without damages (both mechanical and caused by pests), extraneous odors and tastes.
— Allowed slight surface imperfections provided that they do not affect the quality of raw materials, slight deviations in the shape, the presence of small white spots, not larger than 1/10 of berry surface.
— The size of berries – not less than 18 mm.
— During the processing of the purified raw materials (without sepals) – the presence of not more than 2% of raw materials with sepals.
NOT ACCEPTED INTO PROCESING:
— A mixture of several pomological varieties in one batch.
— The presence of berries damaged by pests and birds in the batch.
—The presence of squashed, fusty, moldy and contaminated by soil berries in the batch
