Processing services of eggplant
RAW MATERIALS DELIVERY:
In refrigerators at a temperature of +5 – +7°C, in packagings (boxes or string bags), protecting from damage and contamination.
REQUIREMENTS TO THE RAW MATERIALS ACCEPTED:
— We accept fresh, clean, ripe, not withered, not damaged by pests and diseases vegetables which are without rough skin and with seed chambers not shaped; with typical for the biological variety shape, with juicy, firm flesh, without cracks and cavities. The length of cut off pedicel – not more than 3 cm.
— We allow slight defects in shape, color, defects of the skin without damaging the flesh of eggplant.
— The size of the vegetables in the total mass without pedicel -. 7-26 cm. Allowed maximum of 10% deviation in length of vegetables in the batch.
NOT ACCEPTED INTO PROCESING:
— Cracked, crumpled, squashed vegetables, with sun burns and other serious damage of the skin.
— Raw materials, damaged by agricultural pests and diseases.
— Foreign matter in the batch (soil, mud, leaves, etc.)
— Overripe vegetables with cavities, mature seeds and cracks.
