We provide service of black currant processing
RAW MATERIALS DELIVERY:
In refrigerators at a temperature of +5 — +7°С, in 8 kg berries boxes.
REQUIREMENTS TO THE RAW MATERIALS ACCEPTED:
— Currant berries of one pomological variety (in batch no more than 10% of other berries varieties). BRIX at least 8%.
— Fruits – clean, ripe, whole, dry, odor-free, without stalks and impurities of leaves and branches.
— Acceptable number of squashed or slightly over-ripe berries in the party – not more than 2%, berries in incomplete ripeness – up to 3%, green berries – not more than 0.5%.
NOT ACCEPTED INTO PROCESING:
— Berries with visible mechanical damages, traces of diseases and pests, fusty, with smell and / or taste of fermentation, squashed, over-mature and / or immature.
—The content of plant impurities (leaves and / or branches pieces) in raw materials batch cannot exceed 2%
