Quick-frozen sliced eggplant.
APPEARANCE
Slices of eggplant in the total mass of regular shape and thick consistency. Not more than 25% of pieces with size and shape deviations and not more than 10% of small fractions. Colour of product – typical color of fresh eggplant. Taste and odor inherent to eggplant, with a pleasant bitterness, extraneous off-flavors are not allowed.
